Job Description
- Provide technical support and training to customers/users about products.
- Managing customer queries.
- Assist the project team in implementation and onboarding customers and users.
- A hands-on and persistent approach is required to solve all customer issues in the shortest possible time.
- Ensuring the highest Customer Satisfaction through appropriately handling Customer Complaints and suggestions and resolving customer support queries via call or in-person meeting.
- Guiding & supporting clients for better utilization of services offered by the organization.
- Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
- Coordinate with Business Development, Project Development, and Project Delivery Teams to identify and deliver program objectives.
- Appropriate internal communication with Tech Dept, Sales, Marketing & the Management for query/ bug resolution.
Skills
- Educational Qualification: BE/B. Tech in Civil + MBA
- Problem-solving attitude
- Good in English and Hindi communication (written and spoken)
- Knowledge & understanding in the Real Estate/Construction Domain would be an added value.
