Job Description

  • Provide technical support and training to customers/users about products.
  • Managing customer queries.
  • Assist the project team in implementation and onboarding customers and users.
  • A hands-on and persistent approach is required to solve all customer issues in the shortest possible time.
  • Ensuring the highest Customer Satisfaction through appropriately handling Customer Complaints and suggestions and resolving customer support queries via call or in-person meeting.
  • Guiding & supporting clients for better utilization of services offered by the organization.
  • Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
  • Coordinate with Business Development, Project Development, and Project Delivery Teams to identify and deliver program objectives.
  • Appropriate internal communication with Tech Dept, Sales, Marketing & the Management for query/ bug resolution.


  • Educational Qualification: BE/B. Tech in Civil + MBA
  • Problem-solving attitude
  • Good in English and Hindi communication (written and spoken)
  • Knowledge & understanding in the Real Estate/Construction Domain would be an added value.
